How to Get Centos Version


You Can Use cat /etc/centos-release Command.Also Using cat /etc/redhat-release and  cat /etc/*release* Command You can find centos version of your Computer

Example  

cat /etc/centos-release

find centos version cat /etc/centos-release
Above example Shows current version of the Centos Machine as CentOS release 6.3 (Final)



cat /etc/redhat-release


how to determine centos version cat /etc/redhat-release

cat /etc/*release*


show centos version cat /etc/*release*
